Empower Your Body, Calm Your Mind
Holistic health counseling with an Ayurvedic focus
Meet Sarah Capron
I am an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Physical Therapist.
I have worked in health care for 30 years as a outpatient Physical Therapist. In 2024, I started my formal training with the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and graduated in May 2026 as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
Discovering Ayurveda helped empower me on my own health journey and has given me tools to create routine and live in harmony with my body and the seasons. My experience allows me blend eastern and western principles to health and allows me to offer a holistic approach to healing.
I live in Essex, Vermont with my husband and two teens. I enjoy cooking seasonal meals, caring for my veggie garden, hiking and reading.
I am committed to listening carefully to your concerns and help empower you with your wellness journey.
Are you experiencing any of these health concerns?
Anxious, stressed or overwhelmed?
Digestive discomfort (gas, bloating, constipation, acidity or irregular digestion)?
Difficulty sleeping?
Women’s health concerns (including PMS, peri menopausal or post menopausal)?
Fatigued or low energy?
Chronic pain or vertigo?
Staying strong and vital with aging or to support osteoporosis?
Managing weight?
OR do you want to create a nurturing self-care routine and just want to feel better?
Ayurveda can help.
How can Ayurvedic Health Counseling help me?

Ayurveda is a preventative and holistic medical system that focuses on creating health through a balance in body, mind and spiritual well-being. It is India’s traditional medical system and the oldest practiced health system in the world. Ayurveda has a whole person approach that focuses on root causes to our well-being and helps us align with the earth and our own natural rhythms. Ayurveda (“eye-your-veda”) is a Sanskrit word that translates to the science of life.

Through personalized health counseling we will address the source of your concerns, not only your symptoms. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you. I will recommend specific foods, including spices and herbs, and lifestyle shifts to help guide you to improved health. We will work with daily and seasonal rhythms to create routines that will support your well-being and self-care.
